Though far away from Colorado, the climate in Maricopa County is very similar to the climate in Colorado. As a result of the constant positive climate, the county is often referred to as the most healthy county in the United States.

The office is considered to be one of the best recording offices in the US and has documents back as far as 1871 available to peruse. Those who would like to visit the office can do so at their main office, which is located at 111 S. Third Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm, except on holidays. They also have a southeast office located at 222 E. Javelina in Mesa, Arizona which has the same hours as the main office and where you can find similar records available.
