Missouri Court Records
To begin, add a court record or view a list of locations and resources for Missouri court records.
Missouri court records may be accessed by the general public through the state's information portal named Case.net. Many of the court records of Missouri have been made available on the internet although there are several exceptions. These exceptions include case files and other Missouri court records which have been deemed as not being appropriate for public viewing.
All court records of Missouri which can be viewed through Case.net are held in an organized group of databases which are subdivided by individual Circuit Courts, Southern Appellate, the Supreme Court, and all of the other types of courts in the state.
Some of the benefits of an online database such as Case.net include the fact that it is not limited to only the traditional work hours of each weekday and that you do not have to physically be in the courthouse to conduct research on court cases. Also, there are no fees for using Case.net other than those required for internet access.
