In most states in the US, it is essential as per the constitution, and even by rules passed by the judiciary, that records of the court should be treated as public information. So, those who are citizens of the US, and residents of New Hampshire can legally ask for these records, and the court will be obliged to show it to you. There are certainly some restrictions to this, but generally this is true. What is a "Private" New Hampshire Court Record?

While you can view most court records, there are some that you cannot access. If you are lucky, you can at best view just a portion of these records. For instance, you cannot have access to the records of cases involving a minor, or a case that involves high profile litigation where the applicant or defendant requested the judge to keep the records as private.
