The state has initiated one of the largest programs focused on making the court records and court docket information of Oklahoma available on the internet. This information is provided on a real time basis.

The Judicial system bears the cost of providing these Oklahoma court records and as such, it is a free service to any residents and users who with to obtain any of the court records of Oklahoma.

At this time there are 13 counties participating in the internet court records program and accounts for 50% of all of the cases archived in the court records of Oklahoma. This information includes information from nearly all appellate courts in the state. There is not time delay when retrieving these articles through the state's internet record program.
