Alabama marriage certificates are available for all marriage ceremonies performed in Alabama from the year1936 until the current year. There are no restrictions on who can request and receive an Alabama Marriage Certificate. There is a small fee of $12.00 that must be paid at the time of request. You will need to provide the full name of both parties, the date of the marriage, the county it was performed in, and also your name, address, and signature.
